Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers cut in chunks + sliced for garnish
  • 2 1/2 cups soda
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes for a cold drink

Instructions

  • Add cucumbers to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Optional step: Strain the pureéd cucumbers through a strainer if you wish to have a clearer liquid.
  • Add lemon juice, brown sugar, and soda. Mix it well.
  • Pour into glasses and chill it for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint and basil leaves, and cucumber slices.
  • Enjoy chilled!
