Ingredients

To make smoothie:

  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp nutmeg (all spice)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

To serve:

  • mix nuts chopped
  • gingerbread cookie
  • shredded coconut
  • ground cinnamon
  • peanut butter melted

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients for a smoothie in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Arrange toppings and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
