Preheat oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
Place linseed meal, almond meal, flour, pecans, hazelnuts, spices, orange zest, orange juice, sweetener, and salt in a food processor. Process until the dough holds together and it's not sticky.
Quickly knead the dough with your hands and place the dough on a floured baking paper. Start rolling out the dough with a floured rolling pin. Cut out your desired shapes with cookie cutters.
Put the cookies onto a sheet of baking paper and bake them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Let the cookies cool down a little bit and start preparing the icing. Mix together powdered sugar, almond milk, and spices. Cover the cookies with the icing mixture and let them cool down completely.
