Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place slices of tomatoes on a parchment paper on a baking tray and drizzle them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, if using. Grill them for 5 minutes.
Add smashed avocado on bread slices. Add grilled tomato slices, chili flakes, basil leaves, and more salt and/or pepper due to your taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or caramelized fig.
