Ingredients
To make porridge:

millet

cup
plant-based milk
1/2
apple
cored and grated
1
tbsp
pumpkin seeds
1
tbsp
flaxseeds (linseeds)

tsp
cinnamon
1
tbsp
tahini
To serve:
1/2
apple
cut in cubes
5
figs
chopped
almonds
chopped
ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a skillet, add millet and milk. Cook for 5 minutes over medium hear. Turn off the heat. Add apple, tahini, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, and flaxseeds.
Transfer the porridge to a bowl and add your toppings. Serve immediately.
