Ingredients

To make porridge:

  • 1/4 cup millet
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 apple cored and grated
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (linseeds)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp tahini

To serve:

  • 1/2 apple cut in cubes
  • 5 figs chopped
  • almonds chopped
  • ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a skillet, add millet and milk. Cook for 5 minutes over medium hear. Turn off the heat. Add apple, tahini, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, and flaxseeds.
  • Transfer the porridge to a bowl and add your toppings. Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
