Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 apple grated with skin on

Toppings:

  • raspberries
  • pecans

Instructions

  • In a pan, add raspberries with 1 1/2 tbsp water. Let it bubble for 2 minutes.
  • Add milk, grated apple, and oats and cook it for 3 minutes until thickened.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Top with pecans and more raspberries.
  • Enjoy!
