Ingredients

cup
fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2
cup
almond milk
1/3
cup
gluten-free oats
1/2
apple
grated with skin on
Toppings:
raspberries
pecans
Instructions
In a pan, add raspberries with 1 1/2 tbsp water. Let it bubble for 2 minutes.
Add milk, grated apple, and oats and cook it for 3 minutes until thickened.
Transfer to a bowl. Top with pecans and more raspberries.
