For salad:
- 1/2 large head of white or green cabbage shredded
- 1 large zucchini spiralized
- 1/4 cup fresh or dried dill
- handful fresh mint leaves
For dressing:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup white wine (rice) vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- salt, pepper to taste
Shred your cabbage and spiralize your zucchini. Transfer them in a large bowl.
Add dill and mint leaves to the bowl and mix all together well.
Prepare your dressing: Mix all the ingredients together in another bowl. Add salt and pepper according to your tasting. Add also more maple syrup for a sweeter taste or more white wine vinegar for sourer taste. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
Serve immediately.
