Ingredients
juice from 1/2 orange
zest from 1/2 orange
1cupunblanched almonds1)
1/4cupcacao powder
4Medjool datespitted
1tspcinnamonoptional
1tspvanilla extractoptional
1scoopvanilla or chocolate protein powder
1tbspcoconut oilmelted
1tbspmaple syrupoptional
Instructions
Place all the ingredients including maple syrup (if using) in a food processor and process until dough is formed. The dough should stick together easily.
With your hands, start making little balls. There should be enough dough for 15 protein balls.
Place protein balls in a fridge and let them firm up for 30 minutes.
