Shred your cabbage and put it in a container with a lit
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and pour it over shredded cabbage.
Close the container with lit and leave it for fermentation for 3-4 hours. Don't put it in a fridge, it should ferment at room temperature.
After the fermentation time, let the container with fermented red cabbage in a fridge chill for at least 1 hour.
Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
