I don’t make Chinese dishes often. Maybe because once I went to Chinese restaurant in Auckland, New Zealand, and I did not like it. I wasn’t vegan in that time yet but what I was served I didn’t like.
This time I wanted to make something new and cooked a vegan and gluten-free version of General Tso’. Using tofu!
Make delicious sauce using your favourite ingredients, such as tamari sauce, rice white vinegar, maple syrup, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil!
So yummy, so easy! Serve general Tso’s Tofu just like that, with cooked rice, cooked quinoa, steamed vegetables like capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots etc.
