How to build perfect bliss balls? Usually, you need some kind of nuts, nut butter, and fresh or dried (Medjool) dates. The nuts can be almonds, cashews, peanuts, macadamia, pecans, pinenuts, hazelnuts, etc. Most of the time, I just use mix nut butter or classic smooth peanut butter as they are cheaper options.

Klara Walterova
Hello Pam,
You can use almond meal or psyllium husk. I’m not sure about the taste though as it will taste very differently.
