Jump to RecipePrint RecipeIn the case you don’t know what tahini is, let me explain. Tahini is a paste or butter made of hulled, ground, and toasted seasame seeds. Where do you find tahini? Usually in hummus as it’s a main ingredients along with chickpeas!
Why should you eat tahini? It contains many beneficial nutrients. You can find magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and calcium in tahini.
