Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp vegan butter melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse it until well combined. If the dough seems to be too sticky, add a little bit more coconut.
  • With your wet hands, form small bowls. You should make around 12 balls.
  • Place the snowballs in a fridge and let them firm up for at least 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
