Ingredients

  • 1 apple grated with skin on
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

To serve:

  • fresh or frozen berries
  • favourite chopped or whole nuts
  • fruit

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together milk, oats, chia seeds, grated apple, and cinnamon, if using. Cover and place in a fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, stir into maple syrup if using. Place in a jar and add your favourite toppings.
  • Enjoy!
