white chia seeds

ground cinnamon

maple syrup
optional
To serve:
fresh or frozen berries
favourite chopped or whole nuts
fruit
Instructions
In a bowl mix together milk, oats, chia seeds, grated apple, and cinnamon, if using. Cover and place in a fridge overnight.
In the morning, stir into maple syrup if using. Place in a jar and add your favourite toppings.
