Ingredients
1/2cupsmooth peanut butter
1/4tspfine sea salt
1/4tspvanilla extract
1tbspliquid sweeteneroptional
150gdark chocolate (70-90%)
2tbspcoconut oilmelted
Instructions
Melt 50g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with boiling water. Stir into 1/2 tbsp coconut oil.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate in silicone moulds and pop them in a freezer while preparing the peanut butter filling.
Mix together smooth peanut butter, fine sea salt, and liquid sweetener if using. Take the silicone moulds from the freezer and divide the peanut butter filling in between them and scoop a little bit in each.
Repeat step 1 with the rest of the dark chocolate and the rest of coconut oil. Pour over the peanut butter filling in silicone moulds and place back in a freezer.
Let it sit for additional 1.5-2 hours in the freezer before serving.
