- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup blanched almonds
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 5 Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp purple acai powder
- desiccated coconut to coat
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a blender until the mixture is crumble-like.
With your hands, roll out about 10-12 small bliss balls.
Place the bliss balls in a freezer for 15 minutes.
Cover the bliss balls with more desiccated coconut if you wish. Enjoy!
