Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup blanched almonds
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp purple acai powder
  • desiccated coconut to coat

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a blender until the mixture is crumble-like.
  • With your hands, roll out about 10-12 small bliss balls.
  • Place the bliss balls in a freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Cover the bliss balls with more desiccated coconut if you wish. Enjoy!
