Ingredients

  • 1 medium-size watermelon cut in small chunks
  • 1 large (English) cucumber cut in small chunks
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add cucumber and melon chunks into a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pass the juice through a fine strainer and transfer the juice to a large jar.
  • Add freshly squeezed lemon juice from one lemon and mint leaves. Stir everything with a long spoon. Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
