Preheat the oven for 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the rest of the ingredients one by one, stirring constantly until the creamy dough is formed with no lumps.
If necessary, grease a doughnut pan a little bit. Pour the dough into a doughnut pan and bake for 10 minutes. The dough is ready when a wooden stick comes out clean.
Let the doughnuts cool down while you make a cinnamon glaze. Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl and dip your doughnuts in it. You might need to dip them twice until they are evenly covered with the glaze.
