In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients first.
In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
Now add all the mixed dry ingredients in the bowl with wet ingredients and whisk gently to combine.
Set aside for about 10 minutes.
Pour the batter in a hot frying pan and fry about 2 minutes each side. You should make about 8 chubby pancakes.
Top the pancakes with your favourite toppings - fresh berries, pomegranate seeds, sugar stars and drizzle with maple syrup.
