Place all the ingredients for the tarts in a high-speed food processor. Pulse it a few times until a very sticky dough is formed.
Press the dough into a tart or muffin pan. Place it in a fridge while making the frosting.
Make the frosting by adding all the ingredients into a food processor. Process until creamy but the solid frosting is formed.
Apply the frosting on the top of each tart. Put the tarts back in the fridge.
Decorate with berries and pomegranate seeds.
