In a small pan bring water to boil. Place a heatproof bowl on the top of the pan with boiling water and start melting chocolate. Pour 1/3 melted chocolate in a prepared loaf or a cake pan. Leave it in a fridge while making the peanut layer.
Place all the ingredients for the peanut layer in a food processor and process until you make a fine crumble. If it crumbles too much, add a little bit of water to make it stickier. Press the mixture in your loaf or cake pan with chocolate. Set it aside in a fridge.
Make the caramel layer by adding all the ingredients for the caramel layer to a food processor and process until the smooth paste is created. Pour it over the peanut layer in your cake pan.
Pour the rest of melted chocolate over the caramel layer and leave it in a freezer to firm up for at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cocoa carobs before serving. Enjoy!
