Add all the ingredients for doughnuts to a food processor and process on high speed until dough crumbles. Add a little bit of water to make the dough sticky. It should hold together easily.
Press the dough in doughnut moulds and place it in a fridge while making the blueberry glaze.
Add all the ingredients for the blueberry glaze to a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Pour the glaze in a shallow dish and dip the doughnuts in it.
Decorate the doughnuts with your favourite toppings, for example, dairy-free chocolate chips, fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, and sugar stars.
