First, wrap the whole tofu in a piece of paper towel and place it under something heavy (cookbooks) or use a tofu press if you have it. Check after 10 minutes. Cut tofu in thick slices or in cubes.
Start with marinade: In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade until smooth and add tofu pieces. Make sure tofu is all covered with marinade. Cover with lit and set it aside.
Slice onion and capsicum. Cut broccolini. Mix all the vegetables and arrange it in two bowls.
Heat peanut oil in a frying pan and add marinated tofu. Cook it 3 minutes from each side or until marinade becomes golden.
Add tofu to salad in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds.
