Raise your hand if you like berries! Becuse I do! I add berries to almost every breakfast or dessert I create and it tastes just as delicious! The best they taste when they are eaten raw! So I thought some strawberry and raspberry posicles might be the right sweet treat after dinner!
I don’t know where in the world you are right now but here in Australia, it’s summer right now. Time for refreshing popsicles! If you are somewhere else in the world and have winter or cold weather, don’t worry! Save this recipe for later or for delicious Valentine’s dessert!

These popsicles are not only delicious but they are also extremely easy to make! You need only a very few ingredients. Since you are going to freeze these popsicles you can use fresh or frozen berries and banana.

If you like sweeter taste, you can add a little bit of maple syrup. This can also hep get rid of the slighly sour taste of raspberries (which I personally love!).
On the other hand, if you like your popsicles a little bit sour, you can add a few drops of lime juice.
Don’t forget to add a good-quality vanilla extract which can really enhance the taste of berries in these popsicles!
Strawberry And Raspberyy Popsicles
Ingredients
For raspberry layer:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
- 1 tbsp lime juice optional
For strawberry layer:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients for the strawberry layer in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the blend into popsicle moulds and set aside.
- Blend all the ingredients for the raspberry layer and pour it on the top of the raspberry layer. Insert popsicle wooden sticks.
- Place the popsicle mould in a freezer and freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy!
