Hello, my friends! It’s been a quite long time I haven’t posted
Gingerbread doughnuts are just amazing. They remind a little bit of the Christmas time which is now a way over and which also make you happier ever time you smell cinnamon. At least my day gets 100% better when I smell cinnamon. I DON’T KNOW WHY!
Cinnamon is far the healthiest and most delicious spice on the planet. Don’t you believe it? Cinnamon has many beneficial effect on your body and yyour mind. It can calm you down and bring a great balanced mood. It’s an instant happiness!
Eating cinnamon reduces a risk of heart diseases, lower a high blood sugar level ad it has antiimflamatory properties.
Make sure you get a high-quality cinnamon, for example, organic Ceylon cinnamon.
I am sure you enjoy the spices as much as I do. For these gingerbread doughnuts, I also used ground nutmeg and ginger powder.
If you wish to keep your doughnuts gluten-free, don’t forget to use gluten-free flour. I used plain gluten-free flour blend which turned out perfectly.
I am sure you will enjoy these gingerbread doughnuts because you know and already like my SPICY GINGERBREAD MEN and my GINGERBREAD SMOOTHIE BOWL!!!
